Keeps that exotic look without going way out of the gerudo style. I love the vibrant colors as well. Very nice.
I'm not good at crit but the forearm on the raised hand looks a tad too thin and the hand on the lowered arm a bit too small. Should the hands be a little bigger in all? They seem a lil' small to me. Then again I'm no artist, so this may be totally wrong. -- Fan of the twili race? You did a great job on her figure and the expression on her face is nice. I like how thick the hair looks as well, and the sparkles on the clothing add a nice touch. The colors are lovely as well.
The only things that bug me here are the arms. Her raised forearm looks unnaturally thin and the left hand is a bit small and awkwardly posed. I know hands can truly be a pain to draw though, you did a nice job overall. xD  It looks even better in color!

Critiques
The background is just lovely. The sand looks neat! I like the colour you added on it. Its not too bright and neither to dark. Its perfect.
Also the Clouds look amazing. They look as if they were moving along with the wind. Very life like; love it.
The Gerudo is the thing that stands out the most (Which is good). I must say she's absolutely gorgeous. Love the designs you did on her. Very nice details; specially the chain beads. You must have had a lot of patience to do those. Also the colouring is outstanding! Nice work working with the lights and darks; especially on her skin.
Her outfit looks very sexy; just as a Gerudo's should be (Specially if you say she's a Belly Dancer).
The only thing for critique is her left hand. Seems rather small to me...Her hand should be as big as her face. Though maybe, that is just me.
But all in all, wonderful work here, Meeshell!
Its truly a fantastic piece.
Critique wise..
The rest of the shading, esprecially that on the chest is really good and very well done. The small amount of sparkle on the veil-like clothing on the character adds more vibrance colour-wise and makes the picture and character that little more enchanting, if you will.
To finish with, this is a beautiful piece well a thought-out character design and concept. You should very proud of yourself Michelle. ;D
